Gordon Kettleson
Non-Executive Chairman, Chair of Audit Committee & Independent Director
Gordon Kettleson joined Crown Point’s Board in December 2001 and has been Non-Executive Chairman of Crown Point since May 2009. Mr. Kettleson has been the Chief Executive Officer of Interwest Petroleums Ltd., a family holding company and producer of petroleum and natural gas products, since September 2001, and its Assistant Manager from November 1999 to September 2001. Mr. Kettleson was formerly the President and/or Chief Executive Officer of Crown Point for various periods between March 2007 to May 2009 and, prior thereto, served as the Corporation’s Chief Financial Officer. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia in 1979.
Pablo Bernardo Peralta
Non-Independent Director
Pablo Peralta is the President of and has control and direction over Liminar Energía S.A., which together with GORC S.A. is the controlling shareholder of Crown Point. Mr. Peralta has more than 30 years of experience in financial services and activities, and is one of two principal shareholders of an Argentinian diversified investment group with interests in the banking, finance, insurance, agricultural, real estate and energy sectors. He is a director and Vice-President of Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, S.A, which is registered with the Comisión Nacional de Valores. A resident of Buenos Aires, Mr. Peralta obtained a Public Accountant degree from the University of Buenos Aires.
Brian Moss
Non-Independent Director
Brian J. Moss is a Director and Consultant with Crown Point Energy Inc. and previously was President andCEO of the Company. Dr. Moss has more than 20 years of experience in the Argentine oil and gas industry, holding senior Latin American-focused positions at Alberta Energy Company, Rio Alto and Antrim Energy before joining Crown Point. In total, Brian has more than 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry in both private and public companies. Dr. Moss has a well-developed skill set in both business development and exploration and development, and has successfully built and managed operations in the San Jorge, Austral, Neuquén and Northwest Basins. Dr. Moss holds a Ph.D. in Petroleum Geology from the Royal School of Mines, University of London, UK and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta.
