ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS<\/a>
\nNOTICE AND ACCESS NOTIFICATION TO SHAREHOLDERS<\/a><\/h1>\n

\nYou are receiving this notification as Crown Point Energy Inc. (“Crown Point”) has decided to use the notice and
\naccess model for delivery of meeting materials to its shareholders. Under notice and access, shareholders still receive
\na proxy or voting instruction form enabling them to vote at the shareholders’ meeting (the “AGM”). However, instead
\nof a paper copy of the notice of meeting and information circular-proxy statement (“Information Circular”) and
\nCrown Point’s financial statements and related management’s discussion and analysis for its most recently completed
\nfinancial year end (“Financial Information”), shareholders receive this notice with information on how they may
\naccess such materials electronically. The use of this alternative means of delivery is more environmentally friendly as
\nit will help reduce paper use and also will reduce the cost of printing and mailing materials to shareholders.
\nMEETING DATE AND LOCATION:

\nSHAREHOLDERS WILL BE ASKED TO CONSIDER AND VOTE ON THE FOLLOWING MATTERS:
\nFinancial Statements: Although no vote is required, shareholders will receive and consider Crown Point’s financial
\nstatements for the year ended December 31, 2025, together with the report of the auditors thereon.
\nElection of Directors: Shareholders will be asked to elect three (3) directors for the ensuing year. Information
\nrespecting the election of directors may be found in the “Election of Directors” section of the Information Circular.
\nAppointment of Auditors: Shareholders will be asked to appoint Crowe MacKay LLP as Crown Point’s auditors for
\nthe ensuing year, and authorize Crown Point’s directors to fix their remuneration. Information respecting the
\nappointment of Crowe MacKay LLP may be found in the “Appointment of Auditor” section of the Information
\nCircular.
\nRatification of Stock Option Plan: Shareholders will be asked to ratify the Corporation’s stock option plan.
\nInformation respecting the ratification of the stock option plan may be found in the “Ratification of Stock Option Plan”
\nsection of the Information Circular.
\nOther Business: Shareholders may be asked to consider other items of business that may be properly brought before
\nthe AGM. Information respecting the use of discretionary authority to vote on any such other business may be found
\nin the “Other Matters” section of the Information Circular.
\nSHAREHOLDERS ARE REMINDED TO VIEW THE MEETING MATERIALS PRIOR TO VOTING.

\nHOW TO OBTAIN PAPER COPIES OF THE MEETING MATERIALS
\nBeneficial shareholders may request that a paper copy of the Information Circular and\/or Financial Information be
\nsent to them by postal delivery at no cost to them. Requests may be made up to one year from the date the Information
\nCircular was filed on SEDAR+ by: (i) sending an email to proxy@olympiatrust.com; or (ii) calling 1-866-668-8379.
\nRequests should be received at least five (5) business days in advance of the proxy deposit date and time set out in the
\naccompanying proxy or voting instruction form in order to receive the meeting materials in advance of such date and
\nthe date of the AGM.
\nCrown Point has determined that all registered shareholders will receive a paper copy of the Information Circular and
\nthe Financial Information. Beneficial shareholders will only receive this notice and a voting instruction form or proxy
\nform except that a paper copy of the Information Circular and the Financial Information will be mailed to those
\nbeneficial shareholders who previously requested to receive such information.
