Pablo Bernardo Peralta<\/strong>

Pablo Peralta is the President of and has control and direction over Liminar Energ\u00eda S.A., which together with GORC S.A. is the controlling shareholder of Crown Point.\u00a0 Mr. Peralta has more than 30 years of experience in financial services and activities, and is one of two principal shareholders of an Argentinian diversified investment group with interests in the banking, finance, insurance, agricultural, real estate and energy sectors. He is a director and Vice-President of Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, S.A, which is registered with the Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Valores. A resident of Buenos Aires, Mr. Peralta obtained a Public Accountant degree from the University of Buenos Aires.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

Brian Moss

Brian J. Moss\u00a0is a Director and Consultant with Crown Point Energy Inc. and previously was\u00a0President and<\/span>CEO of the Company. <\/span>Dr. Moss has more than<\/span>\u00a020\u00a0<\/span>years of experience in the Argentine oil and gas industry, holdin<\/span>g senior Latin American-focused positions at Alberta Energy Company, Rio Alto and Antrim Energy before joining Crown Point. In total, Brian has more than\u00a035\u00a0years of experience in the oil and gas industry in both private and public companies. Dr. Moss\u00a0has a well-developed skill set in both business development and exploration and development, and has successfully built and managed operations in the San Jorge, Austral, Neuqu\u00e9n and Northwest Basins. Dr. Moss holds a Ph.D. in Petroleum Geology from the Royal School of Mines, University of London, UK and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

Juan is an attorney and has held various positions during his career in the financial services, insurance and energy sectors, including as: CEO of Life Seguros de Personas y Patrimoniales S.A. (formerly MetLife Argentina); CEO of Life Group Seguros S.A. (formerly Prudential Argentina); Legal & Compliance Director at Grupo ST S.A.; Legal Affairs Manager and Trust Banking Manager at Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A.; Legal Affairs Manager at Or\u00edgenes Seguros; and Legal Affairs Manager at Credilogros Compa\u00f1\u00eda Financiera S.A.\u00a0 He is currently a member of the Executive Committee of Grupo ST S.A. and serves on the Board of Directors of the following companies: Grupo ST S.A.; Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A.; ST Securities S.A.; Best Leasing S.A.; Life Seguros S.A.; Liminar Energ\u00eda S.A. (which is the Company’s controlling shareholder); and Crown Point Energ\u00eda S.A. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company).
