Moss\u00a0is a Director and Consultant with Crown Point Energy Inc. and previously was\u00a0President andCEO of the Company.\u00a0Dr. Moss has more than\u00a020\u00a0years of experience in the Argentine oil and gas industry, holding senior Latin American-focused positions at Alberta Energy Company, Rio Alto and Antrim Energy before joining Crown Point. In total, Brian has more than\u00a035\u00a0years of experience in the oil and gas industry in both private and public companies. Dr. Moss\u00a0has a well-developed skill set in both business development and exploration and development and has successfully built and managed operations in the San Jorge, Austral, Neuqu\u00e9n and Northwest Basins. Dr. Moss holds a Ph.D. in Petroleum Geology from the Royal School of Mines, University of London, UK and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos,sans-serif; font-size: medium;\"><b>Marcos Esteves<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos,sans-serif; font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b><i>Vice-President Finance and CFO<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos,sans-serif; font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-CA\">Since 2016, Marcos has invested in and owned and operated small oil service companies supporting drilling activities in the Vaca Muerta shale formation in Argentina.\u00a0 Marcos previously worked in various investment banking roles, including: as the Chief Financial Officer and the Managing Director of the Buenos Aires office of Deutsche Bank AG (2006 \u2013 2016), where he led the overall financial strategy and operational performance for the Argentina office; and as the Vice-President, Sales &amp; Trading of the Buenos Aires office of JPMorgan Chase &amp; Co.
